Grade A service support

The service team was quite helpful in resolving my BlockFI csv file upload issue. Turns out Blockfi changes their transaction types often, which causes the upload to CT to fail. CT's engineering team work fast to resolve these kinds of issues to no fault of their own. I couldn't be happier with their customer support team response and helpfulness. Can't wait for the next round of features...

2021 was my first year trading crypto and I didn't keep very good records. I traded on multiple exchanges with numerous cryptos and I was completely lost as far as taxes. Last year, 2021, was the first time I had to declare my crypto trades and sales on my Fed Income tax return. As this crypto tax was a murky business, I needed something to capture all my trades over 4 exchanges, none of which offered to help their clients with this. This is my first year using CryptoTrader.Tax. (2022). Very easy to use, love the format. I had one question and it was answered very quickly by Lauren. They have excellent communication and would recommend them to anyone who trades crypto.

Easy to use and great customer service

2nd tax year using CryptoTrader.Tax. Easy to use and excellent customer service when you have questions. Easy to link to wallets and exchanges and their list of compatible platforms is among the best I've found. They are currently working on a Metamask integration which will help to sort through all of the DEX transactions. Have been and will continue to recommend CryptoTrader.tax to friends and family.
