Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service, which is lacking alot these days. Damn robots and automated bs makes me not want to do business with a company. I had an issue and a human emailed me to fix it. 5 star customer service and hands down the best crypto tax app. Makes 7000 trades into one nice file for turbotax. Highly recommend for any day trader

Fast response times
Tried importing historical trades from Bittrex manual file upload and I kept getting an error. Opened a support ticket and Faith from their team helped me get this sorted out in no time flat.
