I was having a tuff time downloading…
I was having a tuff time downloading Exodus into my tax account and sent Caio a note. He got with me promptly and worked on the problem, told me he would have to get with the team about a workaround. I received an email the next day that a fix was completed and for me to reload the info. It worked like a champ.

Crypto trader tax has been wonderful
Crypto trader tax has been wonderful. I could not do crypto trading without it I cannot afford a CPA. Now it had filled out my IRS form 8949. And they gave me the other paperwork necessary to file my taxes on all my transactions that are taxable events. Calculated everything. Just like the YouTube video said. I cannot praise them enough and recommend them enough to all.

Love it!
I have used CoinTracker, TaxBit, both I didn't find were any good. They are both paid upfront and expensive so you don't know what you get... Wow! these guys have great customer service and it can all be taken care of over chat. I had problems uploading a csv file from one of the exchanges. I reached out and they took the csv and changed the format so I could upload it. took like a day, Success!. I like the fact that you don't pay until you are ready to download the report and looks like it ...

Wow, super quick and easy!
Wow, what a game changer! I was able to sync all my Crypto trading accounts (I had 4 total). It was super easy. The instructions were very easy to follow, and in 10-15 minutes I had the form I needed. This is going to alleviate any stress you have regarding Crypto taxes. Thank you!!!

I don't usually trust web services…
I don't usually trust web services through the web based messengers because most of the time they have robotic scripted answers, but these guys had a real dedicated person that knew a lot, I can tell the difference. Their software for my crypto transactions made things easy. So they have good products and good service.
