I am reviewing after contacting customer service about errors appearing in the review step. The customer service person quickly answered my “chat” and reviewed my issue. After 7 minutes, I was given a reply on what I can do and why I can do it. I thought that was most helpful to understand why my next step is what is recommended. This is my third year using… This is my third year using cryptotrader. They are always helpful when messaging, as well as polite and courteous. Sometimes, they are very busy, and sometimes their application doesn't always know how to handle the ever changing world of crypto, but so far it has always worked out for me. That's what I need and expect and get with cryptotrader.

Makes Taxes So Much Easier

I've been using CrytoTrader.Tax for the past two years and have been very happy with their product. I had a couple of issues importing CSV files and they were prompt in correcting the issue. They connect to most exchanges and it's easy to manually input transactions when needed. A great tool to keep your crypto trades in order for taxes!

As an accountant

As an accountant, we are looking for a company to help our clients track all their crypto info. This is a wild wild west of a time and clients do not understand what they need to track (especially as guidance is not clear). You know the governments will want more information in the future and we hope this platform will help our clients keep things neat and tidy throughout the year so that we can help them make the best tax decisions.

Crypto Tax form download

To start of, easy website to navigate. I was having a problem downloading my 8949 tax form and a CTT representative Kai, came on to guide me on how download them; by the way you can only do that on your computer not your phone. Even though that's a drawback, it's still outstanding how fast they process all of your documents in matter of minutes.

Document Import Issue

I was having some trouble importing a specific document but was quickly helped by their customer service and had the issue fixed right away. Turns out it was a problem with something on my end, not theirs. The person who helped me was very nice and went step by step to help find out what was happening.
