Great service!
Every year I create a problem for myself trying to import and make sense of the data, and the service has been wonderful. I don't think I could accomplish this on my own. It's well worth the small charge.

Fantastic Customer Service and Software
I got a response back to an important question within less than a day (not always the case with crypto related companies). A follow up email was answered within a few hours! (Very rare in crypto space) This software makes tax prep a breeze and the customer service has been wonderful!

So listen.
So listen.. It's great... I have been using their software for 3+ years now. I'm very satisfied with team and their customer service. I went forward to try and ask some clarifying questions and someone responded to me within 5 minutes (In Feb!!!!) CRAZY!! Very happy with them. The software is intuitive and easy to use. It's awesome. Taxes are a pain, but they really come through.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Customer service from Benjamin was really helpful. I would like more ability to interact more w/ individual transactions, or see better connections between them, as opposed to relying 100% on excel file uploads.

CrytpoTrader has by far the best support
CrytpoTrader has by far the best support. The software takes a little to understand but once you get a hang of it, it's very convenient. I had support from a few agents and they're all outstanding but I had Caio go above and beyond. I was confused on gifting and how to categorize some income. He was able direct me through the process and find relevant articles to help guide me. Great service!
