Import Snag
I am having trouble importing tax information via the API pathway so I contacted the assistance team. The response was quick and thorough and Aimee is keeping me updated on the progress being made on their end.It seems like they really care about the issue I am having which is reassuring to me. Data incorrect Unable to resolve.
Report from this site shows that I had long term gains from crypto purchased in 2018. Unable to resolve issue using this software. Spoke to CB and was directed to use a different platform. Report from competitor shows correct data that I can use for my taxes. Refund was received.
