Great customer service

Dana has been very patience trying to help a crypto newbie getting things sorted out eventhough I'm yet a member. There was an unreported/missing entry/transaction that my CeFi (Celsius) did not show on their report. Dana tracked it down and went out of his way to create an entry in Excel sheet for me to submit under "Other Account". This rectified the issue and reduced my capital gain taxable amount. Thank you Dana.

So thankful that this exist!!!!! Person I was working with to help the issues that I had was with Collins. He was patient and he responded quickly. When he responded he looked through the issue and gave a good answer. Every problem to him wasn't just a nail and he was the hammer. He used the right tool for the job and notice the problem quickly. Glad I was able to work with him.

A must have if you day/swing trade! Came across this service while trying to file my crypto taxes. This was my first year doing so and learned I had to input ALL my trades which would have taken hours/days to do so, as some of my wallets/broker wasn't able to transfer into Turbo Tax. I was blown away with how easy it was to transfer my wallet/broker info and they were able to itemize everything quickly and provide a file to upload into Turbo Tax. Some wallets don't provide year end ...

CryptoTrader.Tax makes doing your crypto taxes so much easier. You go to the exchanges that you bought and traded or sold crypto on and download your trading history and then import it into the CryptoTrader.Tax software and it does all the work for you. Their Staff is very helpful too! A must have!
