I needed help importing CSV files from Binance.us and according to the guide I should have been able to get CSV files from Binance but I got zip files which contained XLM files in which the CSV file was located. The importer on Cryptotrader will not import XLM files so this did not work. I will have to fix my missing cost basis manually instead. Horrible experience!

Okay so let me start by saying I used cryptotrader.tax last year and it was fairly easy to use and I enjoyed the easy experience. This year (2022) has been the complete opposite. They completely changed the UI of the platform, which isn't a big deal, but they released the updates way too late when people are already updating their taxes. The other HUGE issue I have with them is I staked my ETH and when you stake it, you are exchanging your ETH for ETH 2.0, which is not a taxable event. ...

Cant Get ahold of support at all

Been trying to get ahold of them for weeks now. Through email support and comments on YouTube. I would like to cancel and get my refund but they have ghosted me. Do not trust to answer any questions

Good service. Collins replied to my questions. I am waiting for more functionality to be available in the platform and I am told there will be new updates to come soon.

The program helped me extensively

The program helped me extensively with my plethora of crypto transactions. I did have some minor formatting issues when manually uploading some documents, but Benjamin with tech support continued to help me until the document was correct. Highly recommend!

Great customer service!

Great customer service with this program, they respond in a timely manner. This tax program is great help especially for those like me that are not tech savoy. I’m sure i will have more questions with taxes.

Ease of Use

CryptoTrader.Tax was straightforward on usage and the one bump I encountered was answered within hours by Dana on the "help chat" button.

Kucoin issue fixed

The automatic sync had an issue with my Kucoin account, I contacted support through their on-site messenger, got a response later that night, and the issue was resolved within a few days. The support rep was very responsive and kept me update of the progress.

Aimee is super helpful!

Aimee helped with a question regarding gain/loss on the ETH-ETH2 conversion. Her reply was timely and she informed me that updates addressing this will be made in the coming weeks!
