Exceptional and Professional Service by Caio and CryptoTrader.Tax
I'm very glad I discovered CryptoTrader.Tax to help me with my crypto taxes. Crypto can sometimes be super confusing, especially if you are transferring assets to different crypto brokers and have to deal with issues such as cost basis, withdrawals, and deposits. Caio was very patience and helpful in helping me analyze and fix my cost basis problem. Overall, exceptional service by Caio, and I would recommend CryptoTrader.Tax to anybody that needs to file taxes for their crypto currency.

Best Tax support ever, Ciao is awesome
Best Tax support ever. I had some importing issues with one of my exchanges and Ciao figured it all out. He was fantastic. thanks to him I got it all completed

I had a few import errors
I had a few import errors - in one case, the file wouldn't import. in another, the fiat translation was incorrect and overstated my capital gains. The customer service and dev team were responsive and eventually able to fix my issues. Would recommend!

Fantastic website/software to perform…
Fantastic website/software to perform your taxes. I've used it now for a couple of years and had no trouble transferring the data from every site I use including Nicehash, Voyager, BlockFi, Coinbase, etc.

The software was easy to us and worked…
The software was easy to us and worked well. I did have one issue with importing a file and Collins was able to work with me to fix the problem through the chat feature. This is my first year using CryptoTrader.tax. Last year I used Bear.Tax. It worked well but it takes days for them to get back with you if you have an issue. I had over 3600 transactions this year. It was much better with cryptoTrader.tax. Thanks
