Horrible service and experience
Horrible service and experience. It will not connect to my account to import because it won’t allow me to enter my email into the import field. Customer support is via email and is slow to respond. They do not know why I can’t enter my email and keep asking me to be patient so they can look into it. It’s been over 2 weeks and they don’t have an answer except to keep waiting. I don’t have time to wait because tax filing is due!

Superb Customer Support
Crypto is complicated dang it. Uploading the data from most of my exchanges was extremely simple but one exchange was just a confusing mess. I had truly excellent customer support from cryptotrader as soon as I reached out, and they stuck with me over several hours and multiple spreadsheet revisions until we got it sorted out and uploaded to the software. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Truly awesome.
