I am not computer savvy at all and I was having difficulty uploading my transactions from Bitforex to Taxact. I emailed customer service and Dana responded right away. He requested some information, I gave it to him and he responded back the same day with my transactions ready to upload to Taxact. I was able to complete and e-file my taxes and both my federal and state return was accepted that night! He even followed up with an email the next day to see if everything went well. Awesome ...

I just did my taxes using CryptoTrader.Tax. It was easy to use, and they have amazing customer service! Anytime I had a question, I was able to chat with Benjamin immediately. Amazing, huh! The reports were exactly what I needed for all things crypto.

Crypto Trader Tax is a very useful and easy program to use. If you need assistance they are very helpful and responsive, I worked with a rep. name Aimee when I did get stuck in one area and she was extremely helpful. I fully recommend this program for doing your crypto taxes.

Stellar support, as in 5 stars. Dana was awesome. He was able to get back to me the next day, sometimes the same day, and we were able to resolve the upload of my files issue fairly quickly. Great support = return client.

Overall great product!
Overall great product! Importing from exchanges or well known wallets is quick and easy. Can be a bit difficult with Defi wallets, Ben at customer service chat was a big help, along with the how to videos and easy to understand tax reporting information made importing my data manageable as a first time user.

Very helpful representative!
I have used CryptoTrader.Tax for the past few years. This year I had some difficult issues sorting out my trading history. I reached out via the messaging interface was contacted by Aimee who very patiently corresponded with me over several days helping me to research my trade history and track down several problems.
