The customer support I got from Aimee…
The customer support I got from Aimee was great. She kept track of my request about importing from the Terra ecosystem and got back to me as soon as she had a solution. I love customer service that actually reads what you send and responds with care. And eventually, I found I really needed phone support when my transactions and exchanges got complicated. So I ended up using Count Defi.

Repeat customer
This is the second year I have used CryptoTrader.tax. My crypto taxes keep getting more complicated and they have made a cumbersome chore much easier to handle. I ran into a problem with my tax form download this year and used the online chat service. Ben and Caio were very helpful and got my issue resolved. Highly recommended.

Cryptotrader.Tax is a great software, Caio is a great support specialist
Cryptotrader.Tax is a great software when you have used multiple exchanges, linking everything together. Most inputs are pretty straight forward, but the few that need some work arounds, the chat support has been great, especially by Caio. He has by far been the best person I have gotten for support. Great customer service

a ton of help
The support isn't super-fast but makes up for it in quality. Collins got my binance csv fixed up and sent it back , saving me lots of trouble - as binance denies you the ability to create a tax api key as a US citizen.
