Great Troubleshooting Experience with CryptoTrader
I had the pleasure of working with Benjamin on a number of issues over last few weeks. These included uploading of Etherscan trading information from my MetaMask wallet as well as identifying rogue transactions that somehow made it into my uploads (Likely my error). Very intuitive application and easy to use. I imported all my data into TurboTax with no issues. Some formatting questions where quickly resolved by the CryptoTrader team - really appreciate their quick response! Great job.

Outstanding customer service. Site still needs some polish.
I had a couple of problems with CryptoTrader.Tax not being able to determine my cost basis. I fixed one of the problems on my own by reading their documentation, and the other one was by one of their support agents: Collins. When I submitted my question, I thought for sure that whoever responded would just tell me to talk to a CPA, but he didn't. No more stress in crypto Taxes
This website is great the products are great but what i was the most impressed with was the customer service. If you have any problems you can basically text message someone and they will message you back within a day but most of the time I got my replies in 15 minutes or less, they just helped me to help myself alleviate all the stress of crypto taxes. I would recomend it to anyone They

Excellent Customer Service!
I reached out to CryptoTrader.tax because I was having difficulty linking up my Voyager account. They were back in touch with me 24 hours later and assigned a very knowledgeable Acct. Rep named Collins to assist me. It took a few back-and-forths, but he quickly got back to me each time I reached out to him. Finally, we solved the problem. Excellent customer service!
