Hallelujah for Crypto Tax Trader. You saved me many headaches.
This was the first year I had to file taxes for crypto. And had no idea what I was doing. Great customer Service and new features rollout
The CTT customer service team (I worked with Collins) was very helpful, and helped me sort out what I needed very quickly! This is my first year using the platform, but so far the experience has been great. In the few months I have been using the platform, I have seen them roll out a number of really great new features. Great platform.

Debora explained the fact that CryptoTrader.Tax / Voyager brokerage does not provide 1099’s. I greatly appreciated her thorough input. My only concern is if I made an excess amount of money - who would provide me with a 1099 based on Voyager / CryptoTrader.Tax not providing me with a 1099 if I make over a certain threshold to provide to my CPA?

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from Collins. The auto-import function worked well for several exchanges. Still, I was having issues with the Uniswap platform that prevented the final tax report creation. Collins provided effective workarounds and debugging tips and was very prompt, proactive, and knowledgeable.
