Great reports and customer service responses
CryptoTrader did a wonderful download of my Coinbase information. It then prepared the forms and reports my accountant needed. Made filing the crypto information easy. Also, whenever I have a question or issue, I get a prompt and thorough response from Ben or some other. person. No canned “chat bot” to wade through.

I got help very very fast 2 weeks…
I got help very very fast 2 weeks before tax day!!! Ben is amazing. Had trouble uploading trades from Kraken. Did Ledger then Trades, needed to do Ledger then Ledger. Such a simple fix!!!! Multiple emails and responses right away! Truly wonderful!!! Thank you!!!!

I would absolutely recommend using this to prepare your crypto taxes. It was literally 4 easy steps and the best part of all is the customer service. I ran into a little issue I couldn’t figure out and when I emailed support, Dana, a specialist, helped me through it with specific feedback on what to change.
