There is no way to contact you guys for help or clarifying queries. The chat facility is not working. Only FAQS/Collections are available for reference. Emails queries not responded. Please work on customer service.

Solutions ASAP!!
I was having trouble linking one of my accounts and reached out to CTT. Aimee has gone OUT OF HER way to help me and has kept me informed on all updates in real time! Easy to use
Easy to use, lots of functional api connections. I had to manually update some CSV files but got quick support when needed. Support team (Jon) also updated a few of my CSVs on my behalf.

I signed up with the CryptoTrader.tax…
I signed up with the CryptoTrader.tax based on the recommendations of several top YouTubers I follow such as Coin Bureau. The website was very quick and simple to gather all my data from several brokers/exchanges and combined them all into one report as a CSV file to be uploaded in TurboTax Online I have been using. However, Tradestation Crypto is not on their list yet and so I had to do these trades manually. It would be nice if they could show different brokerage trades P/L separately. ...

Outstanding Customer Service!
I have been waiting for the improvements to CryptoTrader.tax (as well as the rebranding to CoinLedger) for awhile. The importing of Ethereum transactions is huge. I have been in contact off and on for weeks now with Collins who has been awesome at keeping me up to date on the release of new features and when to expect improvements to roll out etc. I highly recommend CryptoTrader.tax and soon to be CoinLedger.

Great product and customer service
Great product and customer service! Third or fourth year of using the website for tax reporting, I could not do crypto taxes without it. System makes importing of crypto files very easy. Small technical issue was resolved promptly through chat. Very happy with the service provided! Well worth the money spent on reports - especially considering how complicated crypto reporting is. Thanks for the great support Ben!
