Customer Service is slow - Software Unclear
The software should help users help themselves since their customer service response time is so slow. It took 4 customer service attempts before getting the attention I needed and I finally was able to wrap up issues with importing data. Caio was the only helpful service representative, person needs a raise.

CryptoTrader.tax is not properly…
CryptoTrader.tax is not properly cleaning Coinbase data for converting Ethereum into staked Ethereum 2. This is not a taxable event yet CryptoTrader.tax's services are saying it is! Fortunately I knew something was wrong and I went to a CPA. This saved me from having to pay over 12K in TAXES! CryptoTrader.Tax is working on a update now but doesn't know if it will be ready for 2021 taxes. They will give me a full refund but I am shocked that this even happened.

I tried several times to download the…
I tried several times to download the info I needed to provide my CPA. The 8949 kept coming out blank, while my csv files seemed to generate different info each time I downloaded them. I was getting stressed because my CPA kept asking me to provide information I couldn’t seem to get and I was told I needed a detailed 8949. Lauren stepped in and got me exactly what I needed. She was great. Thanks Lauren!

Worked great with Coinbase & IRS Tax Forms
The software worked great and classified all of my transactions correctly from Coinbase and Coinbase Pro and output the correct info to my IRS tax forms.

Bad interface and bad customer service
Bad interface and bad customer service. This program will work for the average user IF and this is a big IF, you are able to connect using API to ALL of the exchanges or wallets you use. God forbid if you need to use their template in order to submit something as each program uses different timestamps and formats to show transactions. Example: When pulling from bscan all transactions show as BNB value, well that's not going to help on a program looking for a specific coin. I contacted ...

Flawed Product DUPLICATED Crypto.com Transactions
I paid $99 for a service that did not work properly. First, it did not take any Crypto.com transactions. Period. Then the customer service agent told me I should just follow the instructions. I told him I did and then he said he had to have the development team update the system to accept Crypto.com transactions. Okay...so I then imported all my transactions from three different wallets.
