Responsive, Knowledgeable Support

Was really impressed with the responsiveness to my question through the messaging feature. I expected to hear back within a day or two, but before signing off received a message from Ben R who took the time to work with me, dig into my transactions and provide thorough step by step instructions for me to follow. This all took less than 10 minutes through chat, with Ben being able to very quickly figure out the steps towards resolution. Couldn't have asked for better support.

Great software. Makes tax filing a breeze

Easier to import than with Cointracking

The import function makes it easy to connect your wallets and auto import the data. The import function is much easier than with Cointracking which I was using previously. Also, the support staff was quick to respond to my questions. So far, a great experience

When signing up for the first time I never understood it until Mr Yuri takes me through it with ease and simplicity and I understand what he tells me to do,at first I did have challenges but Mr Yuri guide me through it.a big thanks to him.

CoinLedger makes it easy to import all…

CoinLedger makes it easy to import all of your wallets and exchange data, including walkthroughs of how to export the data. Having a ton of wallets and multiple exchange, I was able to connect the data very quickly (The rest of the time was getting to the exchanges or finding my wallet address). Customer support is very quick and less than a day turnaround for initial contact, I worked with Seraphim who was quick to respond and able to assist with resolving my issue!

My Review of Coinledger Experience

My experience got off to a slow start as my knowledge of using the software was very limited. I was not skilled enough to be able to keep up with my mentor, Farouk, and could not absorb all the information quickly enough. I tried to be patient and learn what I could. It's not easy as I only use this software once a year. Farouk was very kind and patient and I know I made him frustrated with my lack of skills with technology.
