Very impressed with Cryptotrader/Coinledger. they have been around for a few years and seemed to have the most integrations...that is why I chose them. Spoke with Jon today and he was very knowledgeable and has a very keen eye. He noticed a single off place decimal point that saved me over $500. Couldn't be more pleased. Had extreme difficulties retrieving tax information from my cryptocurrencies however with the assistance of Dana and his excellent customer service I was able to obtain the information required for my taxes thank you for your service.

I had a great experience

I had a great experience using CryptoTrader.Tax! They either had integrations or easy CSV upload for all of my sources, links to helpful content directly in the platform for if you get jammed, and loved the ability to select which tax prep report you need to download. It took me less than 10 minutes and had a great user experience. Well done!

Answered a simple question in a timely fashion. Helped me produce my tax report without any technical mishaps.

List of User Experience Issues

Scale of 1-5: (1=mildly annoying) - (5=very frustrating) 1. (4) Can't edit or delete transactions from the review or tax report page. This would make it a lot easier to modify your data. 2. (2) Can't select a group of transactions to delete at once. 3. (5) Can't edit transactions after they've been added. Need to create a new entry from scratch. 4. (4) Not enough DeFi support. 5. (3) Date calendar sometimes glitched and would move backwards by one day.

Ben is the best! The best customer service I have received in a long time. Crypto taxes are not easy, but he was there to help at every step. CryptoTrader's videos and help posts provide excellent step-by-step directions. Can't recommend them enough!

Didn't think I would get a response from a rep late at night, but Aimee was quick to respond and helped me with all of my problems.
