Great easy to use product - great customer support

Great easy to use product. Easy to import transactions from all sources. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that there was an issue with one of my transactions so I couldn't finish my tax reports. But the support is awesome. Talked to them and they are working on a fix which should be available soon.

Great platform

Great platform, easy to use and fairly intuitive. I've had a lot of activity on a lot of platforms and it accurately brought it all together. Got everything correct the first time I used it. Customer service is great, worked with Ben and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Already signed up to use it for 2022 as well after doing my taxes for 2021.

Good Customer Support/Unlimited Transactions

So far, handled all my questions great. The software has UNLIMITED transactions top package. Why they got picked.

Positive CSR experience with a billing issue.

Used this for last years taxes and the billing was messed up. Both CSR from CoinLedger helped me and eventually refunded some monies and I agreed to write a positive review. I plan on using the service for this years taxes too.

Collins customer support was top notch

Collins customer support was top notch. He will be the reason why I will use this service for 2022 returns. He was super responsive, put a lot of effort and time to try and resolve my issue and I felt like he tried his best to resolve my issue. I dealt with so many other platforms where it would take days and weeks to even speak with one. It was nice to deal with one person that was on top of it and understood what I needed. Coinledger is the best software to do your crypto taxes

Coinledger is the best software to do your crypto taxes. I tried other programs but this one is the best and no other program is as accurate as Coinledger. The integration with most exchanges and wallets is also great. The support from real people (no bots) is also great. They help you whenever you have questions and help in importing files or whenever there is an issue. I will give it my highest recommendation.

Fast Customer support!!!

I emailed customer support to get a refund. Voyager users are supposed to get a free Cryptotrader.tax. Customer service, Collins was so helpful. Collins rapidly replied back to me and assisted. Thank you so much! My tax conversion was also accepted on Turbotax without any issue.
