CoinLedger has great customer service
CoinLedger has great customer service that answers questions not only in a timely manner, but also the answers make sense and answer the question. Unfortunately, a lot of other companies have automated bots (or non-trained people) who just cut and paste answers instead of knowing what they are doing, so CoinLedger is a great exception to the rule!

Good customer service replied to me…
Good customer service replied to me within a day and gave a clear concise answer. My only issue is they need to add more blockchains many of the smaller ones still not available. That means you would have to add all transactions manually.

Non-existent Service, Reports Questionable
Unfortunately, my experience with CoinLedger has been a huge disappointment. Not sure how others have received prompt customer service but I found it to be almost non-existent. The information provided and reports were not as advertised and accuracy was suspect.

Amazing software and service!!!
CoinLedger provides a great way to view my yearly transactions easily in one place. Additionally their customer services is very helpful and fast to respond!! I'm hooked and will be revisiting their site frequently to ensure my taxes/books are in line for the year. Thank you CoinLedger!!!

CoinLedger is the PERFECT crypto tax…
CoinLedger is the PERFECT crypto tax service! Not only am I happy with the way CoinLedger simplifies crypto tax reporting, but the customer service is really good. Even during the year, when I had questions, I always received prompt answers from courteous representatives. Aimee, specifically, was very helpful! Highly recommended!

Needed help with turbo tax online csv file. I emailed company and they responded in hours. Laura then sent me the csv file that I was unable to get online. Worked beautifully. Very happy with customer service.

A must for those with 10000+ transactions across exchanges
After trying out most of the services out there (TokenTax, Koinly, TaxBit... etc), CoinLedger is one of the only few crypto tax firms that offers a reasonable package for unlimited transactions (necessary for those that perform automated API trades or utilize bots). It also supports API sync from multiple accounts from the same exchange (e.g. separate Coinbase Pro accounts for husband/wife...)
