2023 Coinledger Support Review and Suggestions

I would like to express my opinion in a very constructive manner. I really appreciate the services you provide to help me with my income tax preparation. It would be way too overwhelming without this type of service. I have been successfully using Coinledger now for several years. I recently had several questions/issues while using coinledger to complete my taxes. . I reached out utilizing the chat, and was pleasantly surprised when my questions were answered within a few hours. In some cases, a few minutes. Linda was helpful, speedy and resolved all of my concerns. I plan to use coinledger all year to track my portfolio!

Responsive, friendly, clear help

I needed to change the ticker on some transactions I imported to CoinLedger . Two coins shared the same ticker and the other coin was assigned. I contacted chat and received a quick friendly response. The explanation to make the change was clear with links and screen shots to make it easy. Thanks Sara!

Responsive, Knowledgeable Support

Was really impressed with the responsiveness to my question through the messaging feature. I expected to hear back within a day or two, but before signing off received a message from Ben R who took the time to work with me, dig into my transactions and provide thorough step by step instructions for me to follow. This all took less than 10 minutes through chat, with Ben being able to very quickly figure out the steps towards resolution. Couldn't have asked for better support.
