Voyager-CoinLedger serious tax document concerns!
I've been trying for hours to get my tax info from Voyager to dump into turbotax. Unfortunately, Voyager requires you to use coin ledger. And of course coin ledgers free service is completely useless and doesn't allow for proper loading into turbo tax b/c all the parameters are wrong. So to make it work they want you to pay $80-$90 dollars for something that should be provided to me for free. All my other exchanges worked fine and dumped into turbotax without issues. Got access to their service through a crypto platform. Initially a little confusing but their support team reached out proactively and the person I conversed with over email (Jon) was responsive, helpful and resolved my issue.
