Theta staking problem - Awesome support

Had a slight problem with my theta staking rewards. I tried so many times to get a spreadsheet formatted the way coin ledger wants. I got it pretty close (or I thought anyway) and it would not upload. I had to contact customer service and Olivia was able to help with formatting and walked me through the upload. She was super patient and customer support is fast! I love using CoinLedger.

I reached out to CoinLedger's chat link with some questions on my account. I was shocked that within 24 hours I received a response from a live person and not an annoying chat AI that rarely is helpful. Benjamin was super helpful. He actually reviewed my account and replied by email with several detailed paragraphs including screenshots outlining how to resolve several issues. Very smooth process and great service!

Very smooth process and simple easy to use! Had a little trouble with one of my imports calculating correctly, but I connected with their chat support rep Benjamin who was very helpful and friendly! Very satisfied with my experience and got it all figured out quickly for my tax filing!
