Excellent experience! The system is easy to configure and upload/link your transactions to. Customer service is always helpful. I reached out with another problem and Pooya was kind enough to let me know that I had some multiple transactions from multiple uploads. Great product and service!

I personally found CoinLedger a Great product and also good customer service. Aimee has been great in answering all my questions in timely manner. I will def stick with this service. I was previously using TaxBit but I had to run away after months of desperation, their service was a complete disaster. Luckily I found CoinLedger that fixed all my problems in a few minutes.

First time CoinLedger User

Used CoinLedger for the first time this year. It was user friendly and easy to navigate. The instructions on specific importing was great as well. I had a few issues with some specific mining transactions and Jon and his crew were amazing on the tech support chat! Quick to respond and helpful answers! I will definitely be using CoinLedger in the future and will be recommending to others.

Excellent! Christopher was very helpful and answered all my doubts and questions. This was my first time using coinledger for tax purposes and the software made it easy to import all my wallets and exchanges. Christopher was ablet to guide me and answer all my questions regarding missing cost basis. The full depth review pdf that is sent to one is very very helpful because it highlights many important things to correct.

Jon is very supportive! It's the first time I have had to file crypto tax, and Jon helped me from beginning to end! He helped me fix an import file and explained every detail when I had to import a manual transaction, and he would like to answer my questions to address my concerns. 5 stars!

Fantastic support from Lauren with my requests. I had paid for my tax reports but had not received a receipt. I sent a request in and Lauren replied promptly to answer and fulfill my request. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
