Beyond Expectations

I needed help with transferring my data from Voyager. I had low expectations about the timeliness and quality of responsiveness that I would probably get. I was very wrong. Yuri was super helpful, friendly and solved my problem. I am impressed!

Customer Service was attentive and helpful

Atila was very helpful in assisting me with the upload of the csv gains and losses file as it wasn't readily obvious in the TurboTax software. The price has gone up from last year but I can rest knowing that it was done correctly and all items were accounted for.

He mentioned that no discounts were offerred, but he checked with the Billings Team and he was able to provide me with a coupon code. Been using this tax report software for over 3 years

Been using this tax report software for a couple of years now and they keep making it better and easier to use. They also have great service and respond back fairly quickly. I recently had a question about my tax report and Ben got back to me within 10 minutes and was able to answer the questions i had. If your looking for a great crypto tax software give this one a try.

Although I have not tried other crytpo type tax software, this came recommended from a friend and has not disappointed. The only constructive criticisism I have is that there needs to be better instruction / guidance on initially importing in files because it will import in 2021 transactions again along with the new 2022 transactions causing it to double up.
