First time using this service and I would recommend it based on their customer service alone. Crypto lacks customer service in general and with Coinledger I was walked through every question I had. Most exchanges can just be linked in but the few you have to add yourself gave me trouble. The rep I had was great to work with.

I have had a problem adding Kucoin…

I have had a problem adding Kucoin information with creating new API and still unable to do this but I have had great feedback especially from Benjamin. He has worked on this issue for some time. I think there may be an issure I have with Kucoin re: KYC information possibly...or some other "operator error" with Kucoin as my other wallet and exchange information has loaded properly.

I tried several different crypto tax programs. Each had me running into a brick wall at some point. Coinledger had all of my platforms, handled NFT info, and had great customer care. Pooya was especially helpful navigating my way through things. Crypto taxes are a nightmare, but Coinledger helped me through them. I felt like I wasn't alone. Thanks for a great program!!

I had a very interesting and anxiety producing Missing Cost Basis problem after uploading all my platforms/transactions I needed help - emailed CoinLedger and was connected with Pooya. We began emailing with numerous back and forth - Pooya provided examples, links and instructions to walk me through fixing the missing info. Top Notch Customer Service!

I’m not very computer savvy, so converting files and getting familiar with importing to CoinLedger has been an adventure! But every time I got stuck, Benjamin was quick to respond, kind, & helpful!
