Over-the-top experience... seriously, Ben brought the best chat support I have ever had anywhere! Quick responses, very proficient, super knowledgeable, sooo helpful... couldn't have been better. I'm very impressed. -Eric p.s. and support was on the day before tax day...probably crazy busy and I didn't expect to get through at all...I thought I was going to be screwed! I used CoinLedger with relative ease to import my crypto transactions. There was an issue with 1 trade and its basis. Farouk, from their cust.service team, was very helpful with his responsiveness and we eventually corrected the issue. I highly recommend this software.

CoinLedger has made cryptotax reporting so easy. Their UI is top notch. Farouk helped me a lot throughout my tax journey, I found him very supportive, responsive. Jon went over and beyond to help me be able to successfully use coin ledger for the 1st time. There were technical issues preventing some of the info from uploading. He listened to my concerns and he worked hard trying different options to finally get it to work.
