I wanted a simple tax solution!!!

I was looking for away to do my Crypto taxes and CoinLedger was the solution. I uploaded my transaction files from multiple exchanges. I then downloaded all the tax docs and sent to my accountant to sort out which form to use. Done! Easy! I highly recommend it! I will use it next year too! Thank you , CoinLedger!! Scott Judge

Simple and Easy

I had spent far too much time tracking all my transactions from Coinbase Pro in an excel spreadsheet. Once I discovered CoinLedger, it was an extremely seamless experience and I was able to get through all my tax reporting quickly and effectively in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend the product and look forward to using it again in the future.

Useless customer service when you really need it

I needed to urgently get a solution for an upload problem that is not covered in the community forum and still no answer, They did send me a "here's a link" to watch 48 hrs ago (which I had already seen). I then pleaded for 1 on 1 help and nothing. its not 72 hours. Chatbots will be the end of us. POSTSCRIPT: CoinLedger sent me the reply below. I replied to the email they gave me and now 6 days on - still no reply or help. USELESS. CoinLedger! Answer your customers!!!

After being with a different service I decided to move to Coinledger and sign up for the expert review . Christopher was very helpful and patient with my case and helped me get a much clearer tax report . I plan on staying with this service moving forward

Each person I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient and kind as well. I hope in the future all blockchain will be available (specifically Tron) and that they consider making a newbie training/teaching video that was slower and filled with visual aids that to help newcomer.

Excellent Customer Service

Caio was extremely patient and informative in helping me navigate the website. He was professional, courteous and direct with his ability to show me, step by step, the quickest and easiest way to correct deficiencies in/on my portfolio. He is an excellent communicator and employee. Love this site, and after awhile (of using it) it became very user friendly.

Quick reply. I had trouble accessing my tax records. When I emailed Coinledger I expected a reply in a day or two. Coinledger's Lauren had replied and solved my problems within 2 hours.

Great product with fanatic support

CoinLedger removed much pain from my crypto tax preparation. The whole process was well thought out, from data gathering to report generation. With its clean and intuitive user interface, it was pleasant to use the software. Yea, I still got stacked here and there, like finding the cause of the "missing cost basis." But their fanatic user support helped me fix the issues and complete the preparation on time.
