I’ve been using this site for a couple…

I’ve been using this site for a couple years now and have had nothing but a great experience. I was pretty new at crypto taxes and trying to figure it all out was a little confusing at times. The agents helped me through the process whenever I needed them and made it extremely easy to understand. I worked with Caio , who emailed me step by step directions to follow and made sure all of my info uploaded was correct. I wouldn’t use any other site for crypto taxes.

They never say you have to pay to get a basic tax report so all the work was done to get everything imported and then they want $100 minimum and the prices go up from there! I spent a lot of time and got nothing.

Caio has been a great help

Caio has been a great help! I was having trouble importing my FTX transaction history that I received while going through the claims process, and Caio was able to review the csv file to help me properly import the data. To me, this is true customer support! I've used other platforms that will continue to send you the FAQs or useless chatbots. CoinLedger has been a refreshing experience so far!

Capitol gains issues

Benjamin was able to help me with cost basis problems, bridging problems, and trade problems that had sent my capitol gains soaring. Everything has been fixed with the help of Benjamin

I just can’t say enough when saying…

I just can’t say enough when saying just how awesome the customer service is at this place! I have been bragging telling my friends about how every time I submit a question I just know that the answer will be in my inbox when I wake up but after this year, dealing with Caio and waiting on another question, I didn’t only have the answer in my inbox but I had a custom video that Caio literally made just for me because when I Hurd him say my name in the video I almost fell over lol!!
