Love this crypto tax tool!
I started using CoinLedger this year for my crypto taxes and wow, total a game-changer! The platform just "gets" crypto and made sense of my large mess of transactions over multiple years. I love its compatibility with pretty much any exchange or wallet. Importing data was a breeze. The auto-classification of transactions is really intuitive too. Impressive customer service from Ben - and on a Sunday no less! He made sure he understood my issue, found a solution, and clearly explained to me how to fix it. Such a pleasure working with him! CoinLedger itself has been easy enough to use (even on a smartphone!) and does what I need it to do, specifically including NFT’s. CAIO helped me tremendously today
CAIO helped me tremendously today. He stuck with me as I tried to upload first an API and then ultimately a CSV file from an exchange that was not common. AND, I got all of this help within 10 minutes of entering the online chat. Now I can download my tax reports from the last five years and finally get my cryptocurrency financials all cleaned up and sleep soundly again! Thanks CAIO!!

horrible
horrible, tax reports are useless and i already knew it before i downloaded. Was advised that year end balances are available when i download the correct report. Once you download, of course they say you can't get a refund! What daylight robbery!! Stay away!! Even though they responded, fact is, the reports does NOT serve my purpose. But they Refuse to acknowledge and don't Refund. Be careful before you commit/pay!!!

Excellent platform for crypto taxes
Excellent platform for crypto taxes. They provide thorough videos for most situations although I would like to see more on defi exchgs, trading, pools, etc. Customer service is excellent. It seemed the best way for someone to get back to me asap was by reaching new sales and not going through my account messages. Caio was extremely helpful and there for me.

Highly recommended
