Great customer service

Great product, will definitely be buying this service again next year. Customer service was super helpful in resolving a confusing issue with SOL USDC being parsed as ETH USDC. The service works excellently with almost every wallet, though crypto.com transaction parsing might still need some improvement.

Yuri from CoinLedger did a great job at getting my issue resolved. I had some transactions from Bitrue that didn't load properly and Yuri and team resolved the issue in a timely manner.

Relatively easy experience. Had a few issues that they were great helping me out with. Check your information that you upload especially if your numbers don't look correct. I had to asjust some of my numbers a few times. One time, for some reason, the cost basis for when a sale was made was under a year when I had other purchases that were over a year. I am loving CoinLedger! I'm still in the process of importing all of my data, but whatever little hiccups I have had have quickly been answered by Caio. My only concern was whether the site could handle so many wallets, but everything is seamless so far. Thanks for all your help, Caio!!

Prohibitive Refund Policy

Dishonorable business practices with a useless refund policy. I wanted to try CoinLedger to test drive their platform (having used CoinTracking.to and Koinly.io in the past), and could not get their summary numbers to reconcile with my prior reports using the same data set. I immediately requested a refund, as sifting through almost ten years and thousands of transactions in my data set was not something I had the stomach for, however CoinLedger customer service asked me to reupload and ...
