excellent support on my import issue

I recently used the kraken feature to sell off small balances which generated a number of micro-transactions. I opened a case with coinledger support to get those transactions to import. Support was great. Kept me posted on the status and quickly fixed this import error. coinledger.io is a great tool for simplifying crypto taxes.

It's a good company to use for tax purposes, getting taxes done concerning crypto is very nerve racking for me because it's so confusing but CoinLedger is easy and very useful!!!

Good Support

Crypto Taxes can be pretty complicated, its nice to know that you can track down support for help with different issues. Had them sort out a loss I needed to claim.

I had a great experience with customer service via chat, this past week or so. I was trying to figure out how to reflect the losses from the Voyager bankruptcy in my tax return this year. It wasn't obvious where to find the necessary informationn the web site, so I initiated a chat to get more help. Farouk was the perfect guide. It was pretty seamless, I have a messy crypto history and coinledger brought most of it together. I do wish that some other blockchains had the seamless entry but I realize after looking around that Coinledger is a leader in this space
