I have paid for the service but noticed…

I have paid for the service but noticed that not all transactions were importing. So I contacted CoinLedger almost right away to get my money back, as I have not created any reports, and it was in the time frame where they should issue a refund. My numerous requests are being ignored and at this point no one is even replying back. Stay away!

I found Coinledger to meet my needs perfectly. It supports my wallets of choice, though I did have to manually import some transactions using their provided template. It was was easy to use as I would expect and where I ran into trouble, support gave me the assistance I needed, quickly and correctly. Their developers even quickly responded to a change that one of the supported wallets made. I would highly recommend them.

Yuri came through in the clutch again. He always comes up with a workable solution. Times have changed over the last 3 years in this space. As more types of projects evolved such as nft’s, creative protocols, etc., complexity in categorizing transactions became very challenging for both tax software firms and their clients. It became more necessary to bounce ideas off each other. I thank Yuri and Coinledger for all their help.

Turns out that Coin Ledger doesn't yet support what I was trying to do, which was to auto-calculate the value of Helium IOT earnings accumulated throughout the year, but Linda from Coin Ledger worked with me over the span of a couple of days to help me understand what the platform can do now and got the feature added to the product backlog. The only reason I am giving a 4 instead of 5 star is because the platform doesn't yet support the capability I was looking for.
