Crypto tax reporting can be complex I’m sure for even the experienced trader. I’m certainly not making any money in Crypto but I hope to as this technology continues to advance. The website is easy to navigate and manually entering transactions was very easy. I did have to contact customer service because I made an error while entering data. My issue was identified very quickly through customer service. I will continue to use coinledger in the future.

Truly great customer service

Truly great customer service. Submitted a ticket really not expecting to get much help. Benjamin got back to me quite quickly and had already done a review of my account. My issue took a bit to be resolved (because of my own procrastination) and Benjamin kept following up with me making sure to ask if there was anything else he could do to support.

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent. I have not finalized the procedures to file the tax return yet but I am convinced that it will go as smoothly as is possible.

CoinLedger is an excellent product

CoinLedger is an excellent product. I've used it for several years with TurboTax and it makes reporting my crypto transactions so much easier than entering it manually. I love the seamless API integration with all the exchanges I've used. And when I do have questions the support staff has always been excellent.

Problems Synching Ledger Wallet

I was having trouble importing some of my assets from my ledger wallet to Coinledger. My ledger Nano X has been super buggy and problematic. Addresses were not synching up and some amounts were incorrect. Yuri helped me several times to correct the issue while Ledger customer service was of no help at all. I was ready to give up. Thankfully, I can do my taxes without any issues now. Great customer service.

Outstanding Customer Service

Syncing my various wallets and crypto services was very easy. I did have an issue when importing some transactions that caused the service to categorize a few transactions improperly. Customer Service was outstanding though, and spent time to investigate my issue and help me resolve it. They were very knowledgeable about their product.
