Linda Sanchez at CoinLedger was awesome! I've used CoinLedger for several years now. The platform works well, integrates data from multiple sources, and produces tax reports my accountant likes. I reached out to customer service and received a response back within a few hours, which is something I haven't been used to when working with other crypto related companies/apps. Sara Monteiro was able to get my questions answered in a timely fashion, which was much appreciated.

Great overall software

Pros: - great UI - very responsive support - clear help guides for importing or connecting your various accounts Cons: - missing cost basis UI could be easier to use - expensive if you aren’t making a lot from cyrpto - only for US taxes

Overall experience was pretty good!

Overall experience was pretty good! Shortly after I signed up I received an email, basically thank me for using coin ledger. The email support was quick and efficient. The only issue I had was, I was trying to import CSV file into TurboTax. I was able to import my exchanges without any issues. After I downloaded my file it was zipped so I unzipped it and had two files available long-term gains and short term gains. At that point, I simply tried to drag the files into TurboTax, and was ...

I tried a few online crypto tax programs. Coinledger was the best for the networks I'm with and easiest to use. Their support with questions is outstanding.

I've been using them for 3 years now and it is a great product. The customer service is prompt and always professional. Shout out to Caio for helping me work through some issues with import. Five stars!

I really liked the different pay…

I really liked the different pay options for crypto transactions. Jared, was very patient with my issues and even followed up after the issue was resolved. There's only one I'd use when it comes time for crypto taxes and that's CoinLedger!
