Great experience with CoinLedger! Unfortunately, I was one of the many affected by the Voyager bankruptcy. I was struggling to figure out how to claim my losses a decided to give CoinLedger a try. Initially, after purchase, I had issues and reached out for a refund. Sara was extremely helpful and was able to show me I had not completely downloaded all of my transactions. Fantastic customer service! I rarely write reviews, but wanted to recognize Seraphim, who gave me the best customer experience I've ever had -- online or otherwise. We emailed for two days, until all of my questions were fully answered. Every question that I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. Congratulations to Seraphim, who provided a level of service that should be followed by other companies.

"Done in Minutes." PLEASE!!!!! I've spent hours and hours trying to figure out this broken software that always gives me "missing cost basis" no matter how many times I try to troubleshoot it. I've uploaded absolutely everything, and after charging me $100 for their useless software, they offer to look over it for $500. What a scam.

I previously used TaxBit for a couple years, but unfortunately, they chose to stop serving retail customers. Although it was a pain to re-link all of my accounts, CoinLedger was actually easier to use. When I couldn’t auto-fill a particular currency, Yuri from the team gathered the details from me and they updated their database to include the asset! They were thorough and helpful from the beginning. Great customer service experience and value for the cost!
