I was using the Coin Ledger app when I had to manually input some values, the Coinledger team immediately reached out to me and helped me with the process. I had various questions about how to input information and how to complete my tax report truthfully and accurately, every e-mail I sent was quickly responded to with an explanation as to the process and why it was necessary. Yuri was very helpful

Yuri was very helpful in solving my problem. I was getting an error when trying to import my transactions. Yuri told me how to manually import them, but also mentioned he would forward my issue onto his team. Within a few days, Yuri got back to me telling me the issue was solved and I can now import my transactions using the import tool, which now works.

CoinLedger: I don’t want to know what it’s like without you!!!

I’ve used CoinLedger for a few years. I don’t want to know what my transaction collection and capture data would look like without it!!! It connects to all my wallets with ease and makes tax time much less stressful! In addition, I recently had a question and it was answered promptly. The person I worked with was friendly and courteous. 5 stars all day!!!

Great platform and customer service

Great service for getting all of your crypto activities downloaded as CSVs, and tax forms auto-filled with your transactions. Their customer service is great too!
