Excellent customer service

Sara is a representative there at Coinledger. She has helped me tremendously with importing ALL my wallets and exchanges. When I got that done, her service wasn't over. She helped me with my classifications and ended up making, what I thought would be extremely complicated, into a simple process. I hope all of the reps are like Sara. They have an excellent product and caring people behind it.

Very prompt responses to my inquiries. My crypto taxes are unfortunately very complicated due to exchange bankruptcies and Jared was very helpful.

Too many missing cost base errors - short staffed

The software is not mature enough with proper regulation and easy assumptions in the program. Tax report will be riddled with hundreds of missing cost issues. These in contrast were not the case by another software that I tried later. At the moment they are extremely short staffed. Read return policies as well before paying. I Paid for Tax report and expert advice, total $1000, and after seeing these errors I requested the cancelation and refund on the same day. It took almost 2 weeks to ...

Sara Sara Sara... what an EXCELLENT customer service rep! Not only did she ease my mind about my taxes, but she also caught a few things that I had missed when syncing my wallets. AND she caught that I bought the wrong year of my taxes! Yeah, buying the wrong year wasn't the smartest move I've made, but she's working on getting that resolved as well. Someone give this lady a RAISE!!! I WISH all companies had customer service reps like her!! Thank you Coinledger!!
