Great customer service software to help with your taxes.

While most companies take 24hrs to respond I usually get a response in the same day and even on the weekends from the same person. Farouk helped me with all of my questions and helped me understand better how everything worked with coinledger. This puts your mind at ease when trying to do your tax returns.

Seraphim at Coinledger support was very helpful in resolving some data upload issues i was having. Coinledger is a very good program for tracking and reporting all of your cryptocurrency for taxes. Highly recommend Coinledger !!!

Amazing Support Person

I had a number of entry issues to deal with this year. Part of this was my inexperience in entering data and another was finding out that it is easy to duplicate data pulled from exchanges and wallets. I really like the Portfolio tab which allows you to compare what is in CoinLedger and in your actual wallets. Easy platform to use in a challenging digital world

First off I cant say enough positive accolades about Seraphim, the gentleman helping me. Navigating crypto can be very challenging and even more so with taxes. I had several issues that just werent adding up and with his patience and help we were able to make everything perfect. I couldnt have asked for a better guy to deal with. Made me worry a whole lot less about tax season!

Ben R was outstanding. I was having difficulties understanding my tax report. I had both importing issues and misunderstandings about how the calculations were done. Ben was able to sort out the entire flow for me - importing the data correctly and interpreting the results correctly. I had been using another tax program prior, and the support there was inconsistent, not timely, and lacked continuity. Ben R took my case from start to finish, which was invaluable.
