5 Star Support from Farouk
Had two problems, both of which Farouk quickly diagnosed and helped me resolve. One was a mischaracterized transaction which Farouk reviewed and helped me correct. The other was an import problem that we were able to resolve. Definitely increased my confidence in using CoinLedger. Thanks again Farouk!

Data Transfer Issue - Great Customer Service
After encountering a data transfer format compatibility issue, I contacted CoinLedger for assistance. Yuri Shelepenko replied that they will look at the issue. A few days later he contacted me again to check if my problem was resolved. It was. I greatly appreciate the one on one Yuri and CoinLedger provided. IMO, they are a stand-out company everyone should use!
