Coinledger is amazing
Coinledger is amazing. After importing all of my data, I had a few cost basis errors so I used the chat feature and Seraphim walked me through each of them step by step. He was so helpful. He even provided screenshots to assist me.

Good software, Great people
Crypto is about as cryptic as taxes can get, so having people able to individually help and answer questions was of great help. They are typically available within the hour, and help get whatever you need. Farouk was of great help, and I've had others help me with things as well. Great team!

Great Follow-UP
It took a couple of days to get my questions answered, but everyone was respectful and helpful. Asking me questions. When the first Customer Service Rep was not sure she asked another Rep to step in and help. It took a little clarification on my part, but an answer was finally provided that satisfied my concerns.
