I was having trouble with missing cost…

I was having trouble with missing cost basis and uploading certain transactions from 2023. Farouk was the customer service representative that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get all the transactions uploaded and figure out the missing cost basis. We were able to get everything squared away. I'm not crazy about doing everything through email. id rather do it over the phone. But, Farouk was very good and made the process easy

CoinLedger was a great experience

CoinLedger was a great experience, the software is nice. It can get overwhelming, but the support team is super helping. Seraphim helped me out a ton with issues or questions I've had about the site. Trustworthy and reliable.

I had an account with Voyager

I had an account with Voyager, was able to download a Schedule D and a form 8949 from CoinLedger, all the Capital Gains and Losses/ Sales and Other Dispositions of Capital Assets filled in and ready to mail to the IRS...saving me time and a big headache

CoinLedger support has been great

CoinLedger support has been great, very active and responsive. Farouk helped with several questions. Its awesome to know they have a zero manual transactions goal and I hope they reach that!

Great customer service

Yuri was super helpful and very prompt with answering my questions and getting the issues resolved in a timely manner. One thing was fixed within minutes. I will be using Coinledger for future needs. Their prices are better than other apps as well.

I was having problems importing my documents from Voyager to CoinLedger... I reached out to CoinLedger for support and a woman named Sara stuck with me until we got everything figured out... What I like about CoinLedger is how fast they responded to my inquiries and their willingness to help you find solutions... I would rate my experience a A+....
