SARA and Coinledger made my life EASY!

What made my experience great? In one word: Sara. She was fast, knowledgable and very clear in her responses. Taxes and crypto are a scary proposition for anyone and this was made much easier by Sara and the team. I love this product and the team supporting it. I 100% recommend.

Superb Customer Support

I needed some help with finding & downloading a file. I messaged Coinledger Support Desk. I got timely timely response along with instructions by the lady named Sara. Needless to say she was very detailed with step by step instructions. Simply put she was amazing. Sara helped me resolve my problem downloading a file. Well Done!

Seraphim from the coinledger customer support was excellent. He stayed with me for over 3 hours and went in details through my accounts to make sure that all the transactions are accurate and appropriately recorded. We identify the issue and working on solving it now. I give 10 out of 10 to Seraphim, and coinledger!

Coinledger helped save me hours of time

Coinledger helped save me hours of time and was the best software for easily importing my transactions from CEX's, Dex's, and wallets compared to its competitors. And their customer support is very responsive. One of the reps Seraphim, actually checked back with me to see if I was able to complete the directions she gave me on something I needed help with.

CoinLedger is a HUGE improvement over Accointing!

Just transferred my crypto tracking over to CoinLedger after Accointing got bought out for the second time in a year and I received little help from their purchasing firm. The difference has been like going from night to day. The service I repeatedly received from "Seraphim" at CoinLedger over several days, with frequent follow-ups from her, has been exceptional. I'm looking forward to working with CoinLedger to file my taxes and track my portfolio over the coming years. Great job ...
