Overall Coin Ledger is the best tax reporting service I've experienced. I switched over because Coin Tracker (that I used the past 3 years), didn't support the Bifrost Wallet. I then tried and paid for Coinpanda and after experience many discrepancies with their calculated values and their horrific support, I tested Coin Ledger. Overall solid, good support, lacks DEX import

Overall, this is the best crypto reporting solution I've found on the market. The customer service reps like Yuri and Sara are extremely helpful. My only concern is it doesn't support automatic imports from most DEXs. This is common to all tax software at the moment. Most common wallets ARE supported. Coinledger's personal touch - Not anonymous software!

Just started using Coinledger, had a problem with a file not being accepted, the Team got to the bottom of the problem and the updates from Yuri were much appreciated. Nice to know this is not anonymous software! Thanks again, Jo

I ported over from Cointracker

I ported over from Cointracker, since Coinledger supported Optimism. While it was quite some work to get my transaction history correct (I had a lot of transactions from ~2016-2019 that didn't have standards in place yet). Farouk was there to answer my every question, and did so multiple times over a span of a couple weeks that I took. There's some functionality to be desired (e.g. auto recognition of removing partial liquidity from an LP position), but overall very happy with Coinledger ...

What made my experience great? In one word: Sara. She was fast, knowledgable and very clear in her responses. Taxes and crypto are a scary proposition for anyone and this was made much easier by Sara and the team. I love this product and the team supporting it. I 100% recommend.

I inadvertently paid for the 2024 tax…

I inadvertently paid for the 2024 tax year forms instead of 2023. So, I paid for 2023 forms, downloaded my files and figured that a year from now I would just have to remember that I had already paid for 2024. But, I emailed a request for a refund and thought it unlikely I would get a positive response. The next morning I received a very polite and professional reply letting me know that a refund to my cc had already processed. Count me as a happy customer! Don
