CryptoTrader.tax is definitely the go-to platform for your crypto tax needs. The fees are very reasonable considering the time and frustration you will face trying to do it yourself. I have contacted their customer service reps via live chat, and they are always knowledgeable and eager to address any concerns. While I cant get binance.com I can get the problem since they have shut down access to united states customers and probably makes api testing a little harder and binance.com china site for US customers is pretty much only a problem for early adopter types if you have standard united states accounts it did get every other record correctly and they worked with me to get the records that werent found at first. If anything customer support for a changing product enviroment is better than anything

I'm a noob to crypto, but not taxes. So far I've been very happy with Cryptotrader. I've only been using the platform a few weeks, but it's very straightforward and easy to use. Sure, there are a few things that I wish required one less click, but we're talking about very tiny details.
