Since 5 days I try to send crypto to a wallet. Maintenance, if not maintenance it its written waiting for payout, you ask the costumer service since 2 days to do something and the amswer is: your case is reported, you become an answer in 24 hours. Not even after 48 hours. Realy not acceptebal something like this. Very sad that I used this App for work and cant even do something. If you don't want to waste your time, avoid this platform. They will not stop asking you to redo the identity checks with every little change. Your account will be blocked and your funds will be blocked too. So I don't recommend it at all, because it's playing with people's heads.

Promising crypto bank
Still a super promising crypto bank that takes things slow and steady instead of going the “flashy bells and whistles” way and putting all their effort in marketing and hype like most of the competition. Been using for little over a year now, solid service with a super easy to use credit card that literally takes minutes to set up with Apple or Google pay.

I tried to cash out
I tried to cash out. It won't allow it. It says it doesn't accept my bank account, even though its the same account that bought the crypto...For months I have waited for the 'we're working on it' to happen. doesn't accept wallet ID either so I guess that's my money down the drain then. Good one.
