Always the same “technical issues” when it comes to paying money, never any issues when taking peoples money. I’ve been messed around so many times by these people. Still have a BTC transfer I sent in well over a week ago to show as available in my wallet, 2 cash outs from a month ago still not sent. Pending crypto deposits on Crupterium holding and rolling bilions of people money for days. No response from support email, live chat and there is some idiot on Telegram chat Jorge Baddini who bans people that complain about this issue!!!!

They are whorst app ever. they use my money and won't give it back. block my card and whan i send all facts and proofs 2months only repeating and asking something else. Dont use it people you will lose your money. check telegram group there is 2000 people who can't access to their money.

Support is awful

Support is awful. They are posting on their social feeds how you can contact them 24/7 not the truth at all. On live chat you are waiting for hours to get them, on emails they respond with 7days delay. Can you imagine you have pending crypto not in wallet for days but confirmed everywhere and no one responding or they say working in an isuue if you are lucky enough to get them. And then people turn to their “Telegram support chat” and they start complaining and there is a rude idiot admin ...

As you can obviously see by the reviews here, Crypterium is an big scam, always has problems, support is the worst, but this guy is the next level, when someone complains about Crypterium Services, he bans the person out of the Telegram groupchat, i tried to message him, he blocked me aswell right after i did. Don't deal with Crypterium.

They even haven't earned the 1 star i gave - They are holding my money for the 3rd day now, messaged support hundreds of times, thru email, thru website, thru Telegram, no point of that. They won't let me get out my money. Also, if you're using this app for Bitcoin, the fees are overpriced, u can't afford to send bitcoin on the app, only withdraw.

I have pending BTC in Crypterium app for three days not applied to my wallet. Dozen of people in their Telegram channel also complaining and they are not doing anything about that. I have provided screenshots of the confirmed transaction in Blockchain explorer and nobody replying to it for three days. Stay away from them
