Total scam lol never ever trust your money with them , it works for first couple of times to get you to belive thay they are legit and one day, you load you card and even though their app clearly shows that you loaded your card, the balance is unchanged and you cant use it. I purchased their CRPT during the ICO in late 2017 with my Ethereum gains and eventually converted it all to BTC on their Crypterium App and recovered my 70% loss but have been unable to retrieve a single dollar or BTC from the App. They put a maximum withdrawal of 50 pounds per month and I was unable to even do that. My card has been blocked for no reason. Customer support agents do not know why, they don’t even bother themselves to notify or explain before blocking the card. Such unprofessionally and out of respect behavior is a red flag not to rely on this service and to use other alternatives immediately.. For 2 months of use I had 2 problems…

For 2 months of use I had 2 problems and each time their technical service took 7-8 days to solve it. They are very reckless and irresponsible.

Diabolical customer service

Diabolical customer service. Takes ages for anyone to respond and when they do, I either get disconnected or my issues are not resolved. Also, I can never trust that payments will go through with my card even though I have used the card with the same retailers. Anything over €1500 is rejected despite being under my monthly spend allowance.

Blocked for no reason

Blocked for no reason. Didn't even want to tell me what's the reason. Happen while waiting for my card to arrive. So they even charged me 15 bucks for card order and after they blocked me. Don't wanna refund my money. Stay away from them.

Support chat is not there 24/7 like they said. You cannot withdraw money with that Visa you pay per month 3 Euro to cover the service.... You cannot link that Visa with Apple pay like they said on their website.... You cannot by stuff online with that visa card, they gonna say its not working in your country unfortunately...
