Avoid Crypterium at all cost!

Avoid Crypterium at all cost, I Wasted 48 hours trying to get my crypterium card activated only for them to close my account & LOCK my BTC for NO reason what so ever, their customer support takes ages to respond and they're utterly useless, DO not fall for this scam

Crypterium Is a total f*kingjoke

Crypterium Is a total f*kingjoke. I paid for my Visa card in May 2021 now in August after several emails requesting feedback they have finally told me that they can’t issue the card as KYC documents haven’t been supplied. Yet all prior communication as made no reference to this. Now I can’t send money out my BTC wallet to another address. DO NOT USE Crypterium UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLE FROM YOU!!

The best Crypto Visa card

The best Crypto Visa card. App is easy and user freindly. The only problem I have is the fee added when buying Bitcoin, but I suspect it's the case for all Cryto Exchanges.

They blocked my card with the excuse…

They blocked my card with the excuse that with the new European rules you have to identify yourself with the passport that I don't have. but if you go to the crypterium APP it is possible to request a credit card using the identity card for identification. They are scammers. Stay away from them. Go and look at ticket 214591 and then be silent.

Stay away from this Company!

Just arrived my Ordered Card and they blocked with no reason. To activate my Card they requested me to send 100€ and after I sent to another wallet (not the associated one) they didn't confirmed my Card and requested 110€ more so a total of 210€ and till now no confirmation! They also ask for 12 Pass phrase from my own Wallet WFT I asked myself ... stay away! They also changed my name on Account and now total 310€ Minus !!! Card not active and can't do anything! This is scam. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. MY MONEY IS STUCK INSIDE THE ACCOUNT AND NOBODY CARES. THEY DO NOT REPLY ON MY EMAILS NOR TO THE APPLICATION LIVE CHAT. STAY AWAY!

Thieves. I have deposited $500 in Bitcoin and sent it to another wallet. They sent confirmation and even provided a FAKE txid. After days of providing BANK STATEMENTS, ID AND DRIVERS LICENSE, PROOF OF ADDRESS, AND EVEN MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, they still have not sent my Bitcoin, and since they claimed to have sent it I cannot access it either. Whatever you do stay FAR FAR away from this fake scam. You will be ripped off and then ignored.

Waste of money/time

Registered on Crypterium app by friend recommendation. I have been verified with my government ID, but due to laws & regulations, they requested to upload a passport. Uploaded my passport and then the show begins, their KYC provider accepted my documents, I also received an email that my Crypterium account is fully verified, but CRYPTERIUM support is literally playing with me and constantly saying that my verification is not successful, they haven't even checked my profile. Dont ever trust this company!!! they refuse to give me my money that is stuck on my virtual card. im waiting since 2 months and they always say oh yes the technical team is resolving the issue but nobody helps!!!! Second: you need a code for making purchases online, also doesnt work!!!!! SCAM!!!! AND PLEASE @ CRYPTERIUM: if you read this, dont you dare to ask me to explain my problem the 1ß000000 time to your f***** support team because they already have millions of mails which you just ignore.
